How It Works

Find and Apply

Browse our available properties and submit your application. We’ll walk you through what’s needed (ID, proof of income, references, etc.).

Approval and Lease Signing

Once approved, we’ll send you the lease and move-in details. You’ll also gain access to the resident portal before you move in.

Move In and Inspection

We’ll do a move-in inspection with you to document the home’s condition and make sure everything’s in working order.

Living and Maintenance

During your lease, you can submit repair requests, inspect your statements, and contact us through the portal. We aim to respond quickly and keep things transparent.

Renewal or Move Out

If you’re happy and want to stay, great — we’ll review renewal options together. If it’s time to move, we’ll walk you through the process, schedule an inspection, and ensure everything’s settled smoothly.
